The commitment ceremony is for those that are in a loving relationship but for any number of reasons are unable or do not wish to be legally married.
Whilst a commitment ceremony may have no legal standing in the community at present it is an opportunity for two people to declare their love for and commitment to each other in the presence of family and friends.
